- Prepare work plan for the functional area and help PMG integrate the overall project work plan
- Assign tasks to the project team in line with the work plan and review progress
- Coordinates the technical and functional aspects of the project on a day-to-day basis
- Ensure the solution built in the functional area is coordinated with the solutions built in other functional areas
- Periodically updates the project management office/business owner group of the status of the project progress in the functional area
