It has been long time since I have spoken about my work and the day-to-day activities that happen at my office. So, I would like to take this opportunity to detail some interesting tidbits that happened to me at my office. Unfortunately, after long time, the entire team got pulled into a large opportunity to work and to my bad luck, my manager was also requested to support this request. Here comes the frustrating part of working with my manager, the Offshore delivery lead was making lousy comment, even before starting work on the large opportunity. I was pulled into the discussion into last minute and with no insights available, I was just listening the conversations happening on the opportunity. Suddenly, out of nowhere, the offshore delivery lead assigned for this opportunity to support, made a comment that he was looking some senior lead to support and do not want support from Team members like me. After this comment, I was expecting my manger to defend the team and give it back to the delivery lead for such comments, when everyone was around. However, my manger was blessing with him and was conveying that he himself will be available to support.
